Pet Food Pantry

Our goal is to provide temporary pet food assistance to families struggling in this economy to keep their pets. Our pets are vital family members and no one should have to face surrendering their pet due to lack of food. The Pet Pantry helps keep many, many animals away from being sent to rescues or abandoned.

  • We distribute food to the community on the 1st and 3rd Saturday’s of every month from 9-11 AM at the Douglas County Animal Shelter.

  • Volunteers will be on-site to help with food requests.

  • ​​Not to exceed 3 months.

  • Limited to 2 pets.

  • Pet Pantry must not be the only source of food for your pets.
